Yoga in Chairs – Wednesdays 1-2 pm – FREE
Chair yoga is an extremely gentle form of yoga that anyone can do. No standing or getting down on the floor required. Yoga in Chairs helps improve flexibility, strength and overall health. Benefits of regular practice can include improved balance, reduced blood pressure, deeper sleep, and increased mobility. This class is targeted to seniors, those with disabilities or suffering from chronic illness, and anyone else wanting a gentle class.
